This Limited Warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which MazeBBH keycaps (the “Product”) are protected, and the process for making a warranty claim. We appreciate your support of our design and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
1. Warranty Coverage & Period
1.1 Sales Channel & Coverage
We currently sell exclusively through our official MazeBBH store on Amazon, with primary sales in the United States and Canada. This Limited Warranty covers Products purchased only from our official MazeBBH Amazon store.
1.2 365-Day Warranty Period
Your Product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 365 days starting from the date you receive (sign for) the Product. During this period, if the keycaps exhibit any defects not caused by user misuse or intentional damage—such as fading, discoloration, or other issues that compromise appearance or functionality—we will replace the affected keycap(s) at no additional cost to you.
1.3 Non-Human Damage Examples
Non-human damage includes, but is not limited to:
- Accidental knocks or drops
- Minor scratches that are a direct result of regular use
- Water damage under normal usage conditions
2. Conditions & Process for Replacement
2.1 Standard Replacement
If fewer than 10 keycaps are affected, simply contact our support team (see Section 4 below). We will arrange for free replacement keycaps once the damage is confirmed to be covered under our warranty.
2.2 Replacement for 10 or More Keycaps
If 10 or more keycaps require replacement, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label for you to return the defective keycaps. Upon receipt and verification of the returned items at our facility in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, we will promptly ship you a new set. If necessary, we will cover any applicable import duties or related fees.
3. Automatic Warranty Activation
No registration is required. Your 365-Day Limited Warranty automatically takes effect on the date you receive the Product, as indicated by the delivery confirmation.

MazeBBH is a registered trademark of Sanyi BBH Inc. in Canada. This warranty and any subsequent support or services apply only to MazeBBH keycaps purchased from our official MazeBBH Amazon store.
6. Limitations & Exclusions
6.1 Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Keycaps purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or second-hand markets.
- Normal wear and tear over time (e.g., minor surface scuffs that do not affect functionality).
- Damage resulting from user negligence, intentional abuse, disassembly, modifications, or improper installation.
- Damages due to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., fires, floods, earthquakes) not associated with ordinary usage.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
Except as provided in this Limited Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, Sanyi BBH Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Products.

This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was sold (United States or Canada), without regard to conflict of laws principles.
